NetWORKS aims to increase the efficiency, sustainability, and skill base of Social Enterprise projects and stimulate the formation of new cross border-trading and community alliances that impact socially and economically in both Northern Ireland and the border region of Ireland.

NetWORKS covers all of Northern Ireland and the six border counties of Donegal, Sligo, Leitrim, Cavan, Monaghan, and Louth.

Any community based group within the specified region who have been trading (generating some form of income) for at least two years, and have as a core objective to become commercially sustainable. UCIT Loan holders are also eligible to participate in this programme.

The programme content is very much geared toward the needs of the participants and therefore has no fixed topics. However, topics covered to date have included, finance & fundraising, corporate governance & the role of the board, marketing communications, strategic planning, and project development.

COSTA is the Rural Support Network (RSN) for community Groups and individuals in the South Tyrone Area.

COSTA was established to help rurally based Community Groups develop links with one another, provde groups with a neutral point of contact in the South Tyrone area and encourage the sharing of information, skills and resources.
